Nice cafe to chat with friends and work with PC

I realized while writing this article that Tully’s Coffee was originally an American coffee chain. I’m not sure how it is in the U.S., but in Japan, the brand is well established. It feels like a quieter coffee chain compared to Starbucks. The Tully’s Coffee in Hisaya Odori Park was also quiet. The interior was thoughtfully designed, with bicycles used as table dividers.

The coffee is also delicious, and this Hisaya Odori Park has outdoor seating as well. Since summers in Nagoya are harsh, it’s difficult to enjoy a café outdoors, but I think it can be enjoyable in the spring and fall.

There are also free power outlets inside the café, making it ideal for those who want to do remote work.

I’ve compiled a list of Nagoya’s places that I’ve personally visited. Is Nagoya boring? Not at all! While it has developed as an industrial city, it also hides interesting places full of history and culture. Use this guide to explore Nagoya and discover its hidden gems.
