One of the Best cafes for working with PC near Nagoya station
If you’re at Nagoya Station and looking to get some computer work done, but the usual chain cafés like Starbucks, Doutor, and Tully’s are crowded and have no available seating, I recommend Key’s CAFE. It offers both power outlets and Wi-Fi, making it a great option for getting some work done. I have actually used Key’s CAFE several times, so I’d like to share my experience. This café is located on the 10th floor of Nagoya Station’s JR Gate Tower, tucked behind BIC Camera. It has around 30 seats, making it reasonably spacious.
The menu is quite extensive, but I strongly recommend either the coffee or desserts. I once ordered the curry, but the roux seemed like a chilled product, and the rice was pre-packaged. Since there are only two staff members, I don’t think they have the capacity to prepare freshly cooked meals.
On another visit, I ordered the soft-serve ice cream, and it was delicious, so I would recommend it.
This café is located inside Bic Camera, and Bic Camera’s Japanese music is constantly playing. Since I’m Japanese, it doesn’t bother me, but if you find it distracting, using earphones while working might be a good idea. It’s a relatively quiet café near Nagoya Station, making it a great spot for getting computer work done.
