Japan’s Tallest Starbucks in Nagoya!
Starbucks on the 15th floor of JR Gate Tower in Nagoya is about 70 meters above ground, making it the highest Starbucks in Japan. Enjoy coffee with panoramic city views from this unique location.

I went to the Starbucks in JR Tower at 9 a.m. on Sunday. There was a Meetup held at this café that day, so I joined it. Because it’s a Starbucks near Nagoya Station, it was almost full even early in the morning.

Since it’s Starbucks, the interior design is stylish.

Many people use the power outlet tables to work hard from early morning. I always notice that there are a lot of people using MacBooks at Starbucks. I wonder if this is only in Japan…

That day, I ordered a soy latte. I also received a free sample of iced coffee.

As mentioned earlier, this Starbucks is located 70 meters above ground, making it the highest Starbucks in Japan in terms of height from the ground. From the terrace seats, you can get a panoramic view of Nagoya Station. However, unfortunately, it was pouring rain that day.

That day, it was a language exchange Meetup, but my English was not going well. The noise around was loud, and I couldn’t even catch the Japanese conversations. Since my hearing isn’t very good, the surrounding noise made it hard for me to understand.
